The Integrated Zone System From Trane

And, here's the beauty of it - with zoning, you can select your own comfort level in each zoned area. Now, isn't that a comforting thought?

Facts about the new  Ultimate Comfort Systems
Two key features to consider...
First, constant-fan mode lessens  temperature stratification, the term used to describe the effect of warm air rising and cool air sinking. By continuously circulating the air, the warm air near the ceiling is mixed with the cooler air near the floor, producing a more comfortable indoor environment.  Refer to diagram.
Second, unlike a conventional motor, the GE™ motor in this system is extremely quiet and, in most cases is practically silent in constant-fan mode. In addition, it will typically use only about 50 to 75 watts of power compared to a conventional blower motor that uses about 400 watts. So over the course of a year, you could save about $240 (@ 8˘/kWh) on your electric bill with the GE™ motor.  Refer to diagram.
